Arma 3 | Bravo Troop FTX | Operation Freedom's Vigilance | 29SEP24 @1900z

This mission is a continuation of 28JUL24's Operation Victory's Dawn https://7cav.us/events/2079/. As a Troop/Company FTX priority slotting will be given to Viking and Atlas personnel unless otherwise denoted with 'Open to all!'.

Situation:
Chernarus, a set of ceded territories of the former Czechia, is currently experiencing an active military coup after several years of instability. A faction known as Nový Řád (NR), comprising a significant portion of the Chernarus military, has splintered off, declaring themselves the legitimate rulers of Chernarus. With external funding and renewed determination, they are attempting to establish a military junta.

TASK FORCE “OWEN” has made headway into enemy territory. The 7th Cavalry Regiment, 1-7 has claimed back 8 kilometers of Nový Řád occupied land and secured the city of Chernogorsk in a matter of 4 weeks.
Meanwhile, 2-7 & 3-7 Battalions met heavy resistance in their designated avenue of approach. Unable to push forward, they have established a front and have been locked into trading engagements with the enemy


Mission:
Bravo Troop, 1st Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment and all attachments will broadly conduct an enveloping operation. This will be done via the exploitation, assault and reduction of various occupied adversary Areas of Interest (AOI) in the enemy’s back-line.
