Situation:
1st Brigade Combat Team of the 1st Cavalry Division has been assigned as the East African Response Force (EARF), and 1-7 has been tasked as the ready Battalion of the EARF.
Kujari is a country in Africa located to the West of Somalia and to the South of North Sudan. The country of Kujari is currently facing a protracted insurgency with the Kujari Liberation Front, with attacks beginning to spill over into neighboring countries. The KLF is believed to be supported by CSAT advisors. The US has been asked to help assist the country of Kujari in its fight with the KLF and stabilize the region.
1-7 Cav has tasked C/1-7 to form the core of TF HITMAN with C/1-7 and A/1-7 deploying to Kujari to conduct full spectrum operations through the entirety of the country.
