Briefing
US Navy F4 Phantoms have hit a bridge permitting transport of NVA supplies by rail and road to nearby mechanized buildup. They encountered heavier AAA than expected and spotted the movement of a North Vietnamese convoy of mechanized troops but were unable to engage.
US 5SFG operating in the area are moving to put eyes on the convoy to direct artillery and CAS. They will need extracted as they descend from their OP to river's edge.
