BRAVO TROOP FTX
SITUATION: After a series of tropical storms have left the island of Saint Kapaulio off the coast of Kenya vulnerable, a joint effort of Serbian UN Peacekeepers, 1-7CAV, and IDAP has been established to provide aid and stability to the region. The region has begun to completely fall apart as rival gangs have unified and taken control over large swathes of military installations and hardware. The small platoon of Serbian UN Peacekeepers and IDAP Personnel have deemed the area unsafe to continue operations and are preparing to evacuate the area. Alpha Company and Charlie Company, 1-7CAV have secured the Pathfinder Airbase to conduct a hasty evacuation via A/1-7 aircraft. Bravo Troop, 1-7CAV has been tasked with securing the route for the convoy to take, including destroying any obstacles in the way.
MISSION: Bravo Troop conducts route clearance of a pre-determined route to the airfield and will defend the airfield until all transport aircraft have taken off. Sappers from 3/C/1-7 HAVOC have been attached to conduct breaching operations to destroy any obstacles along the planned route.
