Briefing:
Following an attack on US Forces in Northern Iraq by Syrian Arab Army units, elements of First Battalion have been rapidly deployed to conduct limited attacks against SAA positions in Southern Syria to create and expand a buffer zone between the two countries to deter further attacks.
