The Estonian Prime Minister, Toran Vaan, is currently visiting Finland, staying in the city of Harju to engage in critical discussions with Finnish officials concerning support amidst the ongoing separatist uprising. In a clandestine operation set against this diplomatic backdrop, BEAR private military contractors (PMCs) are planning a high-stakes maneuver to either kidnap or eliminate him. Under the cover of night, these mercenaries will be covertly flown in using a stolen Finnish Coast Guard helicopter, dropping them off in the vicinity of Harju.
This Operation will be played from the OPFOR perspective as members of the BEAR PMC.
