  • Vanilla Op seems fun and viable for an occasional run
  • Good defensive garrison game
  • Good use of Arti

Cons:
  • Axis slow off the block. Room to improve first 5 minutes
  • Lost cohesion on defense at the end. Loss felt unnecessary

Pros:
  • Got to play recon and did recon type stuff
  • Squad comms were fantastic
  • Supply drops for attacking garrisons were on point
  • Mazinski offering overwatch on pushes into Brecourt was 10/10 managed to get into the trench network multiple times

Cons:
  • Capping Brecourt battery was not that cohesive

7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:
Specialist Abejon.S
Specialist Jarvis.EJ
Private First Class Jimenez.J
Private Izera.D

Pros:
  • Squad was very responsive with consistent changing orders of SL Adler
  • Squad worked together as a unit using pings and consistent voice chat to keep everyone informed of enemy positions
  • After almost taking St. Mere Elglise and holding the church, squad was ordered to pull back to defend second point,
  • Brecourt, which they redeployed immediately and switched roles to start setting up defenses. Izera started building key barbwire defenses which helped hold the point for the remainder of the enemies assault. Jimenez was very effective taking down the enemy from a flanking position that I found and asked him to cover. Thwarting the enemy advance. Abejon helped keep the middle of the point safe and worked on some flanking once the enemy's OP was discovered after they set up a harassing matching gun.
  • Good fighting against a heavy force. Jimenez and Abejon stayed North of AA when we were pushing to take it over at the last half of the match, keeping the enemy more worried about them with heavy suppression fire while the rest of the assault team, including myself, and Adler's recon unit pushed in from different surrounding flanks.
  • Great communication between SL and FTL during entire match
  • good communication within squad

Cons:
  • Challenging having Chavez and myself in the same squad when people call out our names sometimes we get confused
  • We tended to spread out too much some times and were assaulting the point one person at a time instead of a collective force, which we changed in the end when commander dropped a crucial airdrop.

Pros:
  • New Comms system effective.
  • Hard fought game on both sides. Teams felt equal.
  • Defense held for a very long time - did a good job looping out and back in to eliminate enemy spawns.

Cons:
  • Slower off the jump than expected. Seemed like some guys didn't understand what the plan was re: putting up nodes. Possibly my own fault
  • Needed to keep up offensive momentum early on, instead of getting bogged down in our offense.
  • Needed to capitalize and exploit on weaknesses/opportunities granted us by recon/offensive squads.

Pros:
  • Good Fire Team
  • Great Defensive combat effectives
  • Good Pings good coordination in FT

Cons:
  • Failure to use our MOS even thought almost full squad of same section troopers
  • SL needs to stay with the defense and not move to the front on there own
  • SL/commander need to build the out side Garrisons so FT can stay on the hardpoint and defend

Pros:
  • Lost mid point then recapped and held for over an hour
  • Great defense and some chances on offense just could not quite finish
  • Fun all around!

Cons:
  • We need to be a bit faster, respond and redeploy
  • A tad more discipline on defense with 10 minutes left all called back, too many squads chasing recon and it costs us in the end. Boring to play defense the whole time, but sadly that's how you win!

Sergeant Ross Strider

Pros:
  • Good start to the match up till the mid defense portion
  • Crew was flexible when needed
  • We are getting better at the communication structure put in place for ops

Cons:
  • Two man crew will always under perform, especially when up against coordinating AT and Armor teams
  • We lost momentum as a crew due to enemy roaming AT squads who flushed us out into positions where enemy armor was able to engage us, thus we weren't able to support the infantry when needed at the end
  • Not enough numbers to keep tank secure from AT

Pros:
  • Short comms, nothing long winded (fireteam). alos the new coms does help!
  • Rotated quick between support role
  • They did a great job pinging and marking.

Cons:
  • Do not punish our own team on a TK
  • SL and FTL need to open map more. this is based on people walking right into an arty mark.
  • Tank needs to break even on k/d at a minimum
  • Not 6 man squads.

Pros:
  • Team did a great job in the beginning of the match pushing and capturing middle point
  • Great defense after losing middle point
  • Great response on my last airhead that managed to win us the game.

Cons:
  • People tended to stay around strongpoint and not push the enemy back.
  • Lack of taking own initiatives, got feeling people depend too much on leadership. and being told what to do.

Recruit Carter.L

Pros:
  • Good battle and comms (callouts) in section. we won a lot of gun battles and stayed on point when no one else was there.

Cons:
  • Had one trooper, Terlizzi, stray from the point to often along with other units we need to focus and not let our ego/boredom get the best of us..

Element Leader: Sergeant Mulholland.J

7th Cavalry Personnel Involved in Action:
Sergeant Mulholland.J - SL
Sergeant Ren Sotelo - Tank FTL
Corporal Ramirez.R - FTL
Specialist Zimm.L - FTL

Pros:
  • Infantry FTL's did a bang up job of defending the entire time under constant attack.
  • Taking the initiative with FTL's when told to do so winning the game.
  • Coming up with new strategy's which was the entire point of the operation. Command tank.
  • New "Command" Tank was highly effective.
  • 30-5 KD

Cons:
  • I could not keep our back up garrisons up by my self. Enemy was constantly removing them requiring me to use my FTL's to help rebuild them.
  • I should have released Sotelo and his outstanding tank combat to our attacking SL.
  • We did not have a front line. Way to much flanking when your numbers are low.
  • Getting creative and unintentionally hurting peoples feelings because they lost. It was a Cav vs Cav game trying to learn new things before we play scrims.
  • Getting verbally put down in front of everyone during the hotwash.
