    For intrepidity in action while serving as Combat Medics in the 7th Cavalry Regiment during combat operations near Southern Peninsula, Tembelan Island on 18JUN20. Both Atlas-1 and Atlas-2 were invaluable to the survival of the mission, having no loss of life while under their direct care. during the initial drop medical teams and infantry elements were separated from the main DZ, Atlas elements made quick actions to reorganize and consolidate with the scattered infantry forces, resulting in many troopers being put back in the fight after landing scattered, in a hot DZ. throughout the entirety of the operation, Atlas elements displayed exceptionally high levels of skill. These Combat Medic's intrepidity, skill and quick thinking are in keeping with the highest traditions of the military forces of the United States and reflect great credit upon himself and the 7th Cavalry Regiment.

    Sergeant Michael Ocean

    For heroism in action under enemy fire while serving as Bravo Fireteam Leader of BANDIT-1 in the 7th Cavalry Regiment during combat operations on the island of Tembelan on 18JUL20. During the assault of Tepi Pantai Resort, Sergeant Ocean witnessed a member of his team get hit by enemy fire. The Sergeant reacted with speed, successfully taking down the enemies and then quickly stabilizing his comrade. Under the cover of Fireteam Alpha, Sergeant Ocean carried his brother back to support units who could patch him up and successfully save his life. Had it not been for Sergeant Ocean's quick-thinking, the trooper's life would have been lost without a doubt. With no re-insertions, every life was absolutely crucial to mission success. Sergeant Michael Ocean's heroism and intrepidity are in keeping with the highest traditions of the military forces of the United States and reflect great credit upon himself and the 7th Cavalry Regiment.
