Pros:
-on the fly planning understood and executed well within roughneck 2
-Roughneck 2 conducted various small ambushes in the trees of Tanoa without suffering casualties
-Roughneck 2 was able to perform both an outer and inner cordon for 1st squad for objective 1 doing so was rewarded with the interception of QRF
-Roughneck 2 were the trees themselves
-Roughneck 2 conducted a hasty ambush on the MSR while roughneck 1 was resupplying, resulting in being rewarded with the blood of my enemy
-Roughneck 2 for Obj 3 successfully planted explosives on timers and successfully destroyed the objective and extracted without casualties
-Comms with 6, 5, and 2 were efficient and well coordinated
-potentially paved a opening for a joint operation with the 14th Air Assault Group due to high reward success of mission

Cons:

-Roughneck 2 got antsy waiting to be the primary assault
-Troopers were too quick to stop and heal before securing or finishing their own safety
-I faulted by failing to fully explain the mission intent at moments leading to future confusion while in op
-a few moments where we had poor land nav skills and it resulted in slower movement
-the insertion by HALO landed Roughneck 2 far away from the main body resulting in delayed regrouping at the DZRP
-Due to this delay at DZRP, RP was compromised and platoon suffered casualties, falling back to 2nd squads secured position
-at moments had laser and strobe discipline faults
-off timed, simultaneous breach with frags was potentially deadly after a miscommunication from myself

SL Remarks:
-Due to the mission success and its cool factor I believe we may have impressed another group of arma players and they will hopefully join us for the next mission in our public ops
-due to the successful showcase of hasty ambushes simply on the premise of outer platoon security, we may find more use of squad and platoon ambush tactics in the future
