    Corporal Sam Fox

For intrepidity in action while serving as an infantryman in the 7th Cavalry Regiment during combat operations near Chalkeia, Altis on 19FEB20. Corporal Fox distinguished himself as a leader and in an inspiring manner throughout the entire operation. Corporal Fox called out multiple targets and created multiple target reference points that were crucial in the defense of his squad and helped lead to the destruction of multiple enemy infantry. Corporal Fox also skillfully destroyed an enemy mechanized vehicle at over 900m range that was charging his platoon. His combat actions and leadership throughout the operation inspired other troopers within the squad and created further cohesion. Corporal Fox's intrepidity, skill, and quick thinking are in keeping with the highest traditions of the military forces of the United States and reflect great credit upon himself and the 7th Cavalry Regiment.

    Congratulations!
