Corporal Vitor Cazarotti

Pros:
Full show from Billet Atlas
Medical work was on point when called on
Both teams were quick to get loadouts sorted

Cons:
Op to large scale for the amount of time and amount of people.
Platoon Medic was kept with medic instead of the normal being with the platoon to help small medical calls.
Atlas was not allowed to be independent and was kept with Atlas 1 and platoon medic at a single place.
Atlas 1 team lead was pulled to assist platoon and rest of atlas 1 was sent back to Atlas 2 without a team lead.
Medical calls from Platoon Medic were vague would like to see more info being sent across the Comms net.
Atlas teams still need to do a 360/180 security when in a single position for a long period of time.
Platoon medic is our dispatch and adjustment of movement orders but atlas needs to be able to freely move about the field.

Staff Sergeant Abate.L

Pros:
  • Excellent work from the squads
  • Great initiative from Saber
  • Good massing of fires for initial contact from mortars
  • Squads did an excellent job task switching and task stacking in order to accomplish a complicated MOUT clearance.
  • PSG did a great job of ensuring sustainment across the platoon
Cons:
  • PCI's need to be addressed. Regardless on if loadouts are there or not, primary equipment must be established within the vehicle, namely being drones and Javelins
  • Poor problem solving on my end when orders from Warhorse conflicted with own intent. Should have consulted for support instead of fighting the intent.
  • Need to work on newly implemented CFF technique to ensure FO's are calling appropriately using the new method.
  • Confusion from the medics, information possibly not getting passed down correctly. Medics seemed confused as to why they were boarding a squad's stryker to handle casualty care even though that was in the call to -7, and is becoming a pretty common SOP within the platoon.

Pros:
  • Accurate & quick radio reports from all SABERs
  • Infantry seemed to perform well

Cons:
  • Constantly sitting on the hill not doing what we trained a week before just for the FTX
  • Reports of Sabre crews getting extremely bored

Personnel Within Element:
Corporal Anderson.J
Corporal Kling.I
Corporal Gibbs.K

Pros:
-Good action and conduct by both Units
-Action was sporadic and sudden, making for dynamic fighting
-Pacing was excellent and rapid. With pauses to allow for recovery.
-Defenses set up provided resistance which required adaptive thinking

Cons:
-Issues with Bradley Repairs
-Communication on movement was poor and lack of communication with wings caused issues
-The fact that MOUT concepts were not applied to the FTX left troopers feeling frustrated that this month was wasted on a topic we never even applied
-Enemy vehicles didn't show up on thermals when stationary
-Bradley was left with minimal engagements once the defensive perimeter was breeched and coordination with infantry was nonexistent
-Night fighting was difficult and led to many casualties

Pro's:
Good squad movement during unban operations and around the stryker
Good squad directives for defensive positioning
Good internal communication within squad
Good adaptability to kit loadouts and collectively to scrounge equipment that was missing or needed
Good adaptability to using what we had to work with in the field

Con's:
Vehicle perm's form driver slot to fix
Technical issues that had a trickle down effect on PCI'S and mission critical equipment
Slow to start due to the fore mentioned reason
Poor coordination overall which effected down to squad level at times
Vehicle safety bunching up in open terrain potential loss of force magnifier

V4 conducted multiple mortar strikes against hostile vehicles & infantry. Further, we then assisted the platoon in clearing the first town before establishing an IDF defence against counterattacking forces. V4 was successful in it's IDF attacks, and effective.

Pros:
  • Very good work from the team
  • Rapid response from calls for fire
  • Very high gunner accuracy
  • Good spotting from security elements

Cons:
  • Major issues with supply at mission start
  • Major server issues
  • Scope of the mission was too large, causing us to Endex halfway through
