    Hey guys!

Every year, we used to have a one-month 100 push-up challenge in the Cav. Lots of folks participated, and since I've made a decision to start doing this from today, I thought I'd share it with the Cav and extend it to 6 weeks to cover until the end of June.

I'd love to see a bunch of folks joining in on this with me as a way to get fitter and healthier; I know a lot of folks here are already leading good, healthy lifestyles but for those that need something in their life, give this a try.

You can do them all in one go, or spread them out over the day (I like to spread them out but do whatever works for you). Sometimes you just can't do the full 100, so you can make up the ones you missed the following day if you so choose. And if for some reason you can't physically do push-ups, try starting out with elevated push-ups and work your way to full push-ups (or try sit-ups instead!)

Feel free to post your progress daily or weekly if you like, and make sure to motivate anyone participating rather than criticise.

    Good luck, and have fun!

I'll Bite. I do 6 days a week at the gym.
1 hour of lifting, 50 Minn Cardio, and 500 Mixed crunches. Adding the pushups to the mix starting today!

As a side note people see me reading and editing Cav manuals on the elliptical, they think I'm a weirdo lol

Strength not always in line with mass. Especially regarding body wheight movements - applied correctly more vital than overpowering.

So it’s so 100 push-ups over 6 weeks or am I doing it wrong? Sounds a little light for a fitness drive.

    >be me
    >not done anything for like 18 months and earned a nice big belly to show for it
