Hey guys! Every year, we used to have a one-month 100 push-up challenge in the Cav. Lots of folks participated, and since I've made a decision to start doing this from today, I thought I'd share it with the Cav and extend it to 6 weeks to cover until the end of June. I'd love to see a bunch of folks joining in on this with me as a way to get fitter and healthier; I know a lot of folks here are already leading good, healthy lifestyles but for those that need something in their life, give this a try. You can do them all in one go, or spread them out over the day (I like to spread them out but do whatever works for you). Sometimes you just can't do the full 100, so you can make up the ones you missed the following day if you so choose. And if for some reason you can't physically do push-ups, try starting out with elevated push-ups and work your way to full push-ups (or try sit-ups instead!) Feel free to post your progress daily or weekly if you like, and make sure to motivate anyone participating rather than criticise. Good luck, and have fun!
