Pros:
  • Really positive from aviation point of view, always on taskings with either reinserts/logistics or CAS. Of course the static line was really fun and a unique experience from the rotary standpoint.
Cons:
  • Some minor negatives, some standard SOP went by the way-side today from aviation internal procedures.

Pros:
  • Solid movement
  • Decent aggression
  • Solid level of contacts
Cons:
  • We need to practice airborne ops more. People didn't check in on the ground and had to be prompted, or switched back to squad comms before prompted to by Black Hat.
  • SLs need to communicate directly more often in FTXs and ops.
  • Slightly undermanned most of the op.
Tharen.R Bishop is the only one eligible for a jump star.

  • Targets marked with red, friendly marked with orange??
  • door gun on UH-60 is still broken....

Pros:
Good amount of work for medical slightly less than normal but means everyone is doing their job.
Good Teamwork and comms over SR and LR within Atlas and with platoon medic
Efficient work by medical staff
Platoon medical did a good job with providing info and dispatchs

Cons:
Not best Terrain for a humvee to much of rocky hills
Only one Platoon medic for the whole Company
Check-in procedure was poor. People checking in out of order this is happening with regular members on a regular basic on airborne Ops

SL Note: As we are moving from a private modpack to a 100% workshop modpack. it would make sense to use one modpack with would have everyone on the same page for what we use. Also for joint Ops it would improve from the bottom up for new members also that might try loading into a server with the wrong pack with in turn slot down a kick off time.

Pros:
  • Great attendance which allowed for a company sized operation
  • Awesome to have the 7th Rangers joining us. That's been 2 good operations with them so far. Hope there are more to come!
  • No matter how chaotic, airborne jumps are always cool
  • Great succession by Saint when my connection dropped.
  • Very happy to see Dohun stepping up to FTL and learning a lot
  • Splitting up of the gun teams was nice to see, Alpha said they worked well with Misfit 1
  • Lots of 7.62 rounds expended :)
Cons:
  • Chaotic landing. Check-in procedure was a mess again. And this is happening with experienced troopers that really should know better
  • Bandit 4 lost 1 of their 240Bs to disconnect at the start. Had a hard time disengaging from contact as we moved to the DZ RP.
  • Weapons Squad generally feels like an afterthought in most objectives and movements. In addition to already being on the heavier side, we're also nearly always the trailing element which gives us no time to properly set up and support manuever elements that are often already well into contact or their manuevers by the time we are set up.
  • Bandit 4 received no medical support when their SBF was hit during Obj 2.

Pros:
  • Combat drop went great
  • Decent teamwork with visiting clan
  • All elements extremely reactive to QRF forces
Cons:
  • Extremely slow pace of OP
  • Very low action operation
  • Comms issues with some element leads
  • Some issues with scattering of forces leading to loss of combat effectiveness and higher casualty rates
  • Calls for medical need serious work
