PROS:

• Great teamwork all around, especially within the squad.
• Players generally thought the level of contact was good as well as the pacing.
• "Really good WFW"

CONS:

• Slightly more variety in the objectives would be preferred.
• Bodies! Sergeant Phillips.B had to 1 man crew a Stryker.
• Within the squad, we had a bit of an issue with folks getting loose towards the end of the Op.
• ARs, specifically, want more contact.

Pros:

• A good amount of medical spread between objectives.
• Excellent CCP work tonight. Organized and deliberate, with people taking their time and minimal unneeded chatter. In less than 5 minutes, we were able to complete 2-3 surgeries and rotate another 3-4 troopers through the CCP. This was amazing practice on something we rarely get to perform in operations.
• Convoy OPs have been improving, per one trooper.
• Good in-squad comms despite ACRE issues.
• Good use of PACE with cTab tonight.

Cons:

• ACRE issues throughout.
• Abandoned Stryker being captured by OPFOR, leading to Atlas taking contact from a threat we cannot effectively manage ourselves.
• The lack of platoon rear security at points led to the team taking close contacts. Good reaction to contact practice, but still suboptimal.
• Lack of communication about OPFOR equipment on reinsert.

Pros:
Good simple mission, good for practicing basic drills
Great opportunties for RW controls and PERFECT AO/concept for it
Great server performance

Cons:
Minor Alpha Company stuff on our SOPs that we need to work on within the company in regards to CAP/SEAD AOs and plans that allow/account for CAS platforms holding back in a safe area
ACRE Failures for a few people

PROS:
Air to Air Helicopter is super cool
Last half was awesome
Atlas is super cool, loved being patched up

CONS:
Rouge Manpad - Got hit with a Manpad from an unexpected direction if an entire area is consider red air hostile would be good to know
Wish when shot down there was more evasion to be involved like throw a fire team at a down bird to have to deal with if the crew is up and able

PROS:

• Got to shoot a lot and got shot at a lot
• Had a ton of fun
• Good comms within squad and with platoon (When no acre issues)
• Overcame issues quickly and efficiently

CONS:

• Long reinsert
• Lack of people
• PID issues
• Technical issues with Radios, Acre, Shacktack (SP?), C-Tab, and map
