Pros:

  • Fun
  • Great comms with 5/6
  • Bison flight did a great job reacting to my requests and hitting targets/providing ISR, absolutely no complaints
  • Got to use a ZSU-23 gun in the final objective to wipe a squad during mass cas
Cons:
  • Died while using said ZSU-23 gun to wipe enemy squad

Pros:
  • A lot of work to do.
  • ISR was challenging with no Co-Pilot, but engaging and fun.
  • A lot of fire missions, even though we had to mark targets ourselves and engage.
  • Challenging flight given the light level.
  • Good comms between Infidel and Bison.
Cons:
  • A Cav Pilot failed to represent the Cav properly in the eyes of public players, and it was called out by public players in the AAR, i.e. doing their own thing instead of following flight lead.

Pros:

  • Good communications within unit and with Misfit-7
  • Fun Op. Well-conceived and organized
  • Pubber enjoyed our semi-casual yet structured approach for a relaxed and enjoyable time
  • No black tags for our team. Opportunities to conduct field surgery away from a vehicle, some complex red-tag care needed, but mostly ambulatory patients needing routine care
Cons:
  • Lack of 6-Lines sent up to Misfit-7 meant that we often had incomplete and inaccurate reports to work from that led to less efficient casualty treatment
  • Lots of walking and downtime, not much action for medical team

Pros:

Good Platoon comms
Good air to ground comms

Cons:

lots of non SL with strobes
Blatant disregard for noise discipline, with some even being heard to state "yeah don't bother with it"

Pros:
  • Personally, I enjoy long walks through the woods in the night under NODs, so this was a fantastic OP, in my opinion.
  • Great flexibility from the Atlas teams as the platoon conducted movement through the AO.
  • Plenty of work for Atlas-2.
  • Good communication all around regarding team movement and CCP establishment.
  • Assisting with ground-to-air comms led to steady radio work for me, probably helping stave off the monotony of long ruck marching.
Cons:
  • Low amount of work for Atlas-1, despite my efforts to distribute calls between the two teams.
  • A high level of platoon movement made facilitating reinserts difficult.
  • Coordination with platoon movement could have been improved. On several occasions, the medical teams ended up being the rear security element for the platoon, which is suboptimal.
