Pros:
  • Squad had lots of fun
  • Lots of work for everyone
  • Interteam comms was good
Cons:
  • Intermittent frame issues and lag
  • Patient handed off without being treated before hand led to a black tag
  • Exfil could have been better planned and executed
  • Multiple units on Med LR muddied comms

Pros:
  • Fantastic interteam communications.
  • Surgeons had a blast.
  • Triage was exceptional. Casualties were treated and brought to medics.
  • Mass casualty on rooftop was handled excellently. See above points as to why.
  • Overall fantastic op. Thank you S3 for hard work.
Cons:
  • CLS need to be used to bandage more often due to limited bandages.
  • Emphasis on buddy aid when firefight is over.
  • Exfil was messy. Not just specific to Atlas teams.
  • Comms were not clean. Confusion as to which COI to use.

Pros:

  • Fantastic Rear security.
    • Could have used more infantry.
    • Being rear security we ended up with the short end of the stick in regard to contacts.
  • Missed a VBED which could have caused us huge problems.
    • Banshee-2 was able to shut it down before it caused too many issues.
  • Overall great movement.
    • Infantry was able to support us through the town using on-point MOUT movement.
    • Autonomy within the Platoon was very present. Made it easy to work with infantry throughout the town, but caused confusion with the command structure.
  • Decent comms with other elements.
    • Had some issues with Old CEOI vs New CEOI.
    • Banshee elements were able to use short ranges to communicate with the infantry elements, allowing for smooth interaction.

Cons:
  • VIP eliminated.
  • No need to send the route through towns.

Pros
  • Excellent Black Hawk Down themed OP from twin zeuses tonight. A real variety of support elements that were all engaged
  • Minimal ACRE issues and excellent comms from all element leads
Cons
  • Main objective was not achieved, the HVT was neutralised
  • Break contact at the end was a little slow, so slow that people got left behind
  • Self aid/buddy aid within infantry squads was lacking.
  • Exfil plan was not organised, Will keep this in mind for future operations.

Pros:
  • Absolutely FANTASTIC Operation....10/10. We need WAY more like this.
  • Galaxy level fun. Great job everybody, especially the Mission Creators.
  • BUFFALO-1 crew worked extremely well and effectively.
  • Fast rope insertion went perfectly. Leadership briefings on FRIES utilization (what, how, order, ACE etc.) likely greatly helped.
  • Rotary comms and coordination were great.
  • Convoy exfil was escorted by BUFFALO-1 placing it in a perfect position to exfil troopers when their vehicle took heavy damage (IED maybe?)
Cons:
  • A couple map mark issues (2 Carter FOBS?) but was understandable how this excellent mission had to be rolled out super-quickly.
  • Troopers need to be mindful that once the helicopter has landed, we are now a really big, loud, stationary target to the enemy. On the convoy exfil incident, BUFFALO-1 was simply on the ground way too long. We need to scoop you up fast. Troopers need to work on getting to AND IN and OUT the chopper in the most expeditious way possible, so as to avoid potential disaster.

  • proper check in with authentication was awesome
Cons:
  • LR02 had to much chatter, long conversations should be on private channels

Pros:
  • Excellent Op - 9/10.
    • I'd recommend S3 attempt multiple Zeus operators in Ops as a normal course, as it seemed that was a part of the success.
    • In any case very well done.
  • A lot of work, fast paced in the right places.
Cons:
  • No enough work for two offensive air frames, probably due to the type of enemy, but one element was underutilized as a result.
  • Some fast paced work is good, but there was a lack of ability to call in accurate and correct fires due to the speed of advance.
    • This isn't really "con" I suppose, as direct quick action is good, but it doesn't allow FAC and air crews to put their skills to use properly.
  • Comms and fires could have been cleaner, but that comes with continued use and practice.
    • It was also a surprise when I properly conducting check-ins, authentication with challenge/ident, and ground briefs...this means we haven't been utilizing FAC Cribs or proper procedures.
  • Exfil was kind of sloppy, not enough seats for everyone, some left behind, and a hasty movement to exfil.

Pros
  • Intra fire team communications good
  • Effective engagement with enemy
  • Quick breaching (shows what a month of CQB training can do for Charlie boys).
  • Atlas was patient with my squad's lack of buddy aid.
Cons
  • HVT shot by a trigger happy member of my squad, who shall remain nameless.
  • Insertion left Gun-1 and Atlas-1 cut off and pinned down, waiting for other infantry squad. Particularly with the limited infantry numbers, both squads should have ben assaulting at the same time.
  • Infantry struggled with the time, and the place for self/buddy aid. This resulted in two issues (1) troopers were injured or killed while bandaging themselves in a vulnerable position, and (2) troopers did not take advantage of downtime to patch their wounds, creating preventable uncons. and unnecessary work for Atlas.
  • Exfil was a bit of a disaster with 3/4 of my squad being left behind or killed trying to get to transport.
