Pro:
Everyone has good comms on Radio
Quick Response to medical calls
Good medical work
Good Call outs
Concept was a really good
Atlas members always work really good

Con:
Did not feel like the op was a challlanging
Not alot of medical due to not as much of contact for the Company
First aid aid in squads was not as good as could of been
Bad Mass Cass calls
Would of been good to have 6 line calls but Op was to quick paced to give out
Platoon/Company was all over the place did not seem like everyone was on the same page
Should be points in ops where full medical sustainment should be taken to provide full medical treatment and resupplys

Suggestion: Would like to see the map mod added that stops map updates on the fly. Force maps to be set up before push off and and map updates should be shared in person which will force squad leads to meet with PL's in person.

Pros:
  • Everyone had fun.
  • Teamwork on point.
  • Comms were great.
  • Running with new guys is always nice.
  • Medical strikers = love
  • Medics did great

Cons:
  • Op was too short and not really challenging
  • Mass cass calls not actually mass cass
  • Always hard to balance with Sabers
  • It would be nice to defend the compound for some time

  • Williams.X

Pros:
  • Mission
  • Momentum
    • Violence of Action will always be a pro
  • Inner-Squad Communication & Battle Drills
  • Succession of Command
    • Solid pickup time
  • Mission Accomplished

Cons:
  • Contact
    • A bit light
    • Presence of Saber Platoon surely affected this
  • PID
    • Had a handful of Blue-Blue
  • Engagement Background
    • Engaged ad nauseam by other lanes firing at contacts in our lane
  • Communication
    • Decent flow of info
    • Orders/Commands/Directions walked all over
    • Need more practice on initiating conversations

Pros:
  • Some very good improvised manoeuvres
  • Good tempo on dismounted squad manoeuvres through town, VIKING-4 maintained an excellent pace
  • Good indirect fire
  • Love for the charm of the map and the effort put in by the mission maker
Cons:
  • Some disregard for briefed platoon movement intent on the first half of the operation.
  • There was a general lack of contact for the infantry. Squad observed numerous ways of improving this including:
    • Increasing the amount of enemies within towns.
    • Not bypassing the town of Kulibino and going for a dismount and clear.
    • Specific targets specialized for VIKING to engage, such as AT bunkers.
    • Having SABRE tasked more defensively for VIKINGs to push into towns and concealed areas.
  • Pretty bad ACRE issues, no reset option available in map.
  • Not following typical CQB procedures in towns, fireteams would converge their movements.

Pro:
Intense firefights
Worked well within platoon when able to keep up

Con:
Rapid push into well entrench hostiles was unnecessary. OIC seemed to ignore entrenchment comments by MC during brief.
Tanks were used to complete tasks infantry should have

Pro:
  • My rto had a great time
  • "cool op, did stuff, had good fun"
  • fun had a blast
  • good op
  • great gun
  • swacked all the bad guys
  • good tank crew
  • completed objective early
  • engaging mission
  • Atlas is our heroes
  • for a platoon of tanks who are mostly infantry MOS, this tank platoon was fantastic taking out an element consisting of 2 tank platoons, and 3 mechanized platoons. they did so because we stayed together as a unit.
  • fantastic comms along all the tanks, including check ins, ace reports, spot reps, calls for action. truly fantastic
Con:

  • Loader had issue with no intercom system
  • saber 2 took large casualties while in one of the fights
  • some rough communications and tank understanding because most of the tankers during op were charlie members
  • too rushed of a movement
  • saber 3 was shredded by a bmp
  • we had some confusion with atlas due to the radio relay delay
  • had mention that troopers did not like the limited respawn of tanks, and that tanks should always have a replacement. this is due to the frailness of the current tanker squad/platoon and that they need to make the mos more fun to play.
  • saber 4 took hits at KT3 due to being over exposed
  • saber 4 had a comms mishap, where he was talking on net 6 and 20 at the same time, clogging up command chan.
  • view distance was limited for one of the crews, limiting what he could see and hit past 1km
  • a mention of SOP from the tankers is, when a tank has super low crew, the zues should swap out for a leopard tank as it is easier to operate with a team of 2 (and a less of a chance to armaism)
  • I felt like we should have slowed down as a a company, we should have stopped, cleared out as many AOI that were in our way by rolling tanks as a spear head, just short of the AOI entrenched enemy position, dismounted infantry and fought through, then the tanks can move through. Further i feel the tanks going through the woods at AOI2 In a column unaccompanied by dismounted infantry was a extreme risk to the tanks and we- by luck alone survived.
  • had a few incidents where tanks over extended past the platoon formation, and 2 of which ended with the loss of that tank, luckily the crews realized their mistake and never made that mistake again during the op

My deepest apologies, I didn’t see this and have had a few family issues that distracted me from this. I can confirm it was ran on the 15th.

It has been updated, and is ready for processing
