• Good communication between the flight.
• Good communication and calls for fire from Infidel 1, everything went quite smooth.
• Effective and precise strikes, very active on the ISR front.

Pros:

• 1 Platoon rearm
• 1 vehicle repair, refuel and rearm.
• Got to kill a BTR-80

Cons:

• Stressed rearm constraint of rearm. i suggest quicker rearm by changing settings to by "full ammo" or by "ammo type", if we need to do quicker types of resupply.
• Taking boxes without letting Atlas 3 know, is not okay, let Atlas 3 know, so Atlas 3 can pick the supply boxes up later.
• Need to work on rearm communications from platoon staff, especially platoon sergeant.
• Slow response on enemy artillery drill.

People was walking away during treatment from medics
Trying to find squads become hard during a fast moving OP
Would like to see 5 line reports being used if its via radio or Ctab messages to create a sense of professionalism.
Boxes was unable to fully resupply atlas midway through the OP

Pros:

• Good op, liked the multi phased assaults
• Fun op, Good react to IDF
• Fun op, Everyone know what to do
• Fantastic fun
• Fun
• CAS on point, and to that note so was infidel on calling in the fire
• Combat multipliers were used to the extreme, 240, 50, 320s ect...
• Comms good (understood generally everything in relative brevity)
• Great op good Frames and great contact amount
• Fire teams loved their fire team members and they worked well together
• constant contact in non dominant terrain
• Fun op Good movement

Cons:

• we engaged empty buildings when in the opord it said not to clear non hostile buildings
• our formations were a little rusty
• too much radio on the local squad lvl (due to ear ringing)
• We need to work on motorized
• we left our vehicles until the last obj

SL Suggestions:
-Next time we should make this op a one-life op, its realism could be enhanced by one life

Pro's:

• Great operation, nice pacing.
• ATLAS did very well
• All Infantry SLs preformed to a high level of technical proficiency
• A massive utilization of tactics and doctrine

Cons:

• Vehicles could have been better utilized
• Some planning considerations were overlooked
• At some points of the operation the Infantry were over aggressive, resulting in units being out of position for the commanders intent

Pros:

• Good rearm from Atlas-3 at a critical moment
• Excellent individual fireteam decision making
• Good usage of vehicles on 2nd phase

Cons:

• SL needs to work on clarifying intent better and guiding FTLs more, too detached at times
• Abandoned our force multipliers for the first objective - utilize all assets to the best of your capabilities
• Big issue the Cav has as a whole - lack of planning in determining a Probable Line of Contact (PLOC) in which we move from just standard travelling into travelling overwatch/bounding. We get really lazy with this and paid dearly by walking into an L-shaped enemy position and getting chewed up.
• Not a lot of commo between SLs.
