The S7 Department is proud to announce we will be conducting the NCOA Phase I course for up to 15 highly motivated individuals. Please see below how to apply. If this exceeds 15 applicants then applicants will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

[B]Course Description[/B]
NCOA Phase I is the first leadership course non-commissioned officers attend during their careers. It's designed to teach troopers\, specifically Specialists the fundamentals of leading small groups of troopers. The course is approximately 2 hours long. The course teaches students the roles and responsibilities of leaders in the 7th Cavalry Regiment. Access to the forums is required during class.

[*]No negative action or restrictions within the last 3 months (pending or on record)
