DESCRIPTION:S3 wants to facilitate operations and play style consistent with all our companies training. Company and platoon staff are consistently working on and updating how they would like to perform in operations. The following are brief presentations of each platoon's preferred style of play and tactics. Although the Officer in Command has overall authority on asset and troop management this will serve as a guide for our operations staff and OICs moving forward.

Quick definitions:
Section: 6-14 troopers lead by one section leader (officer role in command fireteam)
Fireteams: In-game elements of 2-6 units lead by the units fireteam leader (officer role)
Utilization of discord and other comms system is at the discretion of the OIC guided by these doctrines.
