Kuwait has requested protection\, because its tankers are being attacked\, especially by Iran. To legally justify Bluefor naval protection\, several Kuwaiti tankers were reflagged as Bluefor ships. That meant attacks on them could be treated as attacks on Bluefor coalition vessels.
