[B][SIZE=5]Course Description[/SIZE][/B]

[SIZE=4]NCOA Phase I is the first leadership course non-commissioned officers attend during their careers. It is designed to teach troopers\, from Private First Class to Sergeants\, the fundamentals\, roles\, and responsibilities of being a Section Leader within the 7th Cavalry Regiment. The course is approximately 2 hours long. Access to the forums is required during class.[/SIZE]
