Russian Armed Forces have conducted a surprise amphibious landing on the northern shores of Faircroft Island\, securing the town of [B][I]Calaig[/I][/B] before local US forces could organize an effective response. Enemy mechanized and infantry elements are now advancing south through [B][I]Pendleworth[/I][/B]\, aiming to seize the bridge that links the northern peninsula to the island's main landmass.

The US garrison\, lightly armed and unprepared for a full-scale invasion\, must delay the Russian advance long enough for reinforcements to arrive. Pendleworth serves as the first line of defense\, but should it fall\, surviving forces will establish a final defensive position near the farm south of the bridge.

Hold [B][I]Pendleworth[/I][/B] for as long as possible. If forced to withdraw\, fall back in good order and deny the enemy access across the bridge at all costs. Every minute gained increases the chances of reinforcement and the island's survival.

Maintain the momentum of the invasion. Capture [B][I]Pendleworth[/I][/B]\, eliminate resisting US forces\, and secure the bridge to open the route into southern Faircroft Island before enemy reinforcements can intervene. Russian forces will have access to heavier vehicles for this operation.

[B]Victory Conditions:

We will be following standard 7th Cav SOP in regard to PvP. This means (at the minimum):

There will be an initial 20 minute timer set before RUAF forces can engage with the US forces. This is so the US can establish defensive positions. This is because the US will be lightly armed\, but the RUAF forces will have access to heavy vehicle assets.

You can however utilize an enemy radio to listen in on communications. It is up to each respective team to establish backup radio nets.
