[CENTER]The Leadership Development School is proud to announce that we will be conducting the [B]NCOA Phase II[/B] course for up to 15 highly motivated individuals. Please see below how to apply. If this exceeds 15 applicants then applicants will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

[H3]Course Description[/H3]
NCOA Phase II is the second leadership course non-commissioned officers attend during their careers. It is designed to teach troopers\, from Private First Class to Sergeants\, the fundamentals\, roles\, and responsibilities of being a Section Leader within the 7th Cavalry Regiment. The course is approximately 2 hours long. Access to the forums is required during class.

[*]Minimum time in service of 45 days
[*]Minimum Rank of Specialist\, or [B]Private First Class if you hold a SL/ASL billet[/B]
[*]No negative action or restrictions within the last 3 months (pending or on record)
[*]Motivation to help advance the 7th Cavalry as a leader and NCO
[*]Completion and graduation of NCOA Phase I
