The S7 Department is proud to announce we will be conducting the NCOA Phase I course for up to 15 highly motivated individuals. Please see below how to apply. If this exceeds 15 applicants then applicants will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Course Description[/CENTER][/HEADING]
[CENTER]NCOA Phase I is the first leadership course non-commissioned officers attend during their career. It's designed to teach troopers\, from Private First Class and Specialists\, the fundamentals of leading small groups of troopers. The course is approximately 2 hours long. The course teaches students the roles and responsibilities of leaders in the 7th Cavalry Regiment. Access to the forums is required during class.

[*][LEFT]No negative action or restrictions within the last 3 months (pending or on record)[/LEFT]
[*][LEFT]Motivation to help advance the 7th Cavalry as a leader and NCO[/LEFT]

Temporary Bans[/CENTER][/HEADING]
[CENTER]As of December 2019\, due to the high rates of non-attendance by students to classes run by NCOA instructors without notification\, S7 NCOA has put in place a temporary ban system for un-notified non-attendance.

If a student fails to attend an NCOA class and fails to inform the instructor that they will be unable to attend\, they will be placed under a temporary ban from NCOA classes. The duration of this ban is for one month\, after which classes will accept the member once more.
