SITUATION:[/B] A United States Marine Corps Marine Air-Ground Task Force has arrived off the coast of North Takistan and is preparing to make landfall. Prior to this\, the MAGTF's Force Reconnaissance Company has been tasked with destroying multiple shore batteries. Air strikes and shore bombardment have proven fruitless due to a heavily layered close protection net of CIWS assets that CSAT has emplaced to protect the batteries. While not capable of reaching our aircraft\, they have shot down most of our missiles and artillery rounds we have fired at the shore batteries. Riptide Platoon will lead a force of three Force Recon (FORECON) teams to attack and destroy the shore batteries prior to the amphibious landing.

[B]MISSION: [/B]Force Recon will conduct a vertical envelopment to destroy enemy shore batteries and provide a safe amphibious landing to the Battalion Landing Team's landing in 2 hours.
