Resist The West (RTW) is a Russian backed insurgent group that has seized control of the valley southeast of the small Norwegian coastal town of Uskedal.  RTW has established a base of operation that allows the RTW to block the highway that connects Uskedal with the rest of the region.  Two checkpoints at the tunnel entrances halt traffic.  Reports indicate the RTW have been arbitrarily singling out civils and detaining them in nearby farm.  [/B]
