[CENTER]After the successful operations by the 1st Battalion and the Finnish Brigade on the Russian right flank\, reports from the European Command Intelligence Center indicate that Russian forces have withdrawn across the entire front\, retreating towards the city of Virojoki and the airfield north of the town (OBJ Airfield) to regroup and reinforce their defenses. This strategic withdrawal enabled the 2nd Marine Expeditionary Force to execute a successful naval landing\, allowing the 2nd and 3rd Battalions to advance and secure the hydrazine plant\, albeit with moderate casualties.

Given that many frontline battalions are now operating at reduced strength sustaining approximately 30% losses command has decided that most units must continue operations consolidated as companies in lanes. Additionally\, a contingent from the newly arrived Norwegian Rapid Reaction Force\, designated "Anklet"\, will step in to support continued operations in 1st Battalion lane. NATO's strategy is to maintain offensive momentum with the goal of pushing Russian forces out of Finland and back across their own border\, thereby increasing the pressure to negotiate a swift peace agreement.
