Operation Neptune Is the Landings and Airborne portion of Operation Overlord which is the liberation of Normandy and push into Occupied France.

The 4th Infantry Division has been selected to attack and capture and secure a Beachhead at Utah Beach before pushing inland linking up with the 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions.

Charlie Company of 2nd Battalion will be landing on Utah in section TARE GREEN. C Co will upon Capture of WN10 proceed with haste to Causeway 1.
