The following WARNING ORDER (WARNO) is hereby issued to the[/B] [B]1st Cavalry Division\, 7th Cavalry Regiment\, 1st Battalion[/B]:

Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) hold of the Cam Lao Nam area has been decimated by surging resistance from Viet Cong forces despite the assistance of MACV-SOG units.

In response\, 7th Cavalry\, 1st Battalion has been deployed to Maxwell Field\, now designated as MOB Carter. The primary objective of 1st Battalion is to gain control over the Major Population centers by pacifying enemy resistance within the region. Due to the tactics/nature of the Viet Cong forces and the fluidity of the situation\, Division has granted temporary operational command to officers in the field.
