[B][U]Overview:[/U] [/B]This is a redux of last month's FTX. The fog has been lightened a bit and enemy resistance has been slightly reduced. This is designed to be a training mission first and an operation second (though we do still want everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves). The purpose of this FTX is to practice working without access to radios. No short ranges\, no long ranges\, nothing. This presents a new challenge to all levels of leadership. Due to this\, everyone (especially troopers) must ensure they understand the mission at all levels of the CoC\, understand the Commander's Intent\, and are prepared to lead and execute in absence of direct oversight by higher levels of the chain of command. Leadership\, in turn\, must work to ensure they keep their plans simple\, straightforward\, and allow their subordinates to make decisions without direct oversight. This is why all members need to know the mission plan\, not just the leadership. All attendees should review the PACE plan below which outlines contingencies for loss of radio functionality. This is the standard we will be using during this mission\, and the feedback we gain from this FTX will be used to mold this plan moving forward for times when ACRE is not functioning.
