[CENTER]The S7 Department is proud to announce we will be conducting the NCOA Phase II course for up to 15 highly motivated individuals. Please see below how to apply. If this exceeds 15 applicants then applicants will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

[H3]Course Description[/H3]
NCOA Phase II is the second leadership course non-commissioned officers attend during their careers. It's designed to teach troopers\, from Private First Class to Sergeants\, the fundamentals\, roles\, and responsibilities of being a Section Leader within the 7th Cavalry Regiment. The course is approximately 2 hours long. Access to the forums is required during class.

[*]Minimum Rank of Private First Class and above
[*]No negative action or restrictions within the last 3 months (pending or on record)
[*]Motivation to help advance the 7th Cavalry as a leader and NCO
[*]Completion and graduation of NCOA Phase I
