Chief Warrant Officer 3 Ob Cosme
For meritorious service, while assigned as Platoon Sergeant of Second Platoon, Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, the 7th Cavalry Regiment. Chief Warrant Officer Cosme has served as the Platoon Sergeant for only 3 months but has made some of the biggest contributions to the Platoon in Fixed Wing History. He continues to go above and beyond in all that he does for Fixed Wing Aviation. He's a dedicated leader to all Fixed Wing Aviators and an invaluable asset to his Platoon Leader and the Company as a whole. Time and time again he has shown initiative by not only handling basic functions such as FTX Scheduling, but he has shown concern and commitment to the welfare of his troopers and his Platoon Leader both in and outside the Regiment. Mr. Cosme is THE model example of the Chief Warrant Officer. His dedication and devotion to the regiment reflect greatly not only upon himself but the 7th Cavalry Regiment as a whole.

His devotion to duty reflect greatly upon himself, the Recruit Training Command Department, and the 7th Cavalry as a whole.

For exceptional service during the month of November to the Regimental Recruiting Department. During a month of high turnover of processing Clerks Specialist Mathis Tiddens took it upon himself to almost single handedly process all of the recruits received in the month of November. These actions greatly assisted in bringing in new recruits to the 7th Cavalry Regiment and bring great credit upon himself, the Regimental Recruiting Department and the 7th Cavalry.
