First Lieutenant Adam Waldie

For exceptional meritorious leadership within the 7th Cavalry Regiment in 2019, and being selected officer of the year. First Lieutenant Adam Waldie has dedicated himself to the betterment of his company and the Regiment throughout the year. His gallant leadership, skill, and devotion has brought continued excellence to Bravo Troop and his tutelage has invigorated all those under his command. First Lieutenant Waldie's accomplishments and integrity set the standard for all officers and brings great credit to himself, 1st Battalion, and the 7th Cavalry Regiment.

2nd Battalion

Major Jon Czar

In the past year MAJ.Czar.J has served both Echo Company and the 7th Cavalry in a wide variety of roles to help the 7th Cavalry where ever it needs it. MAJ.Czar.J currently servers in: S3 Operations, S5 Staff Lead, NCO Instructor, ROO XO, WAG Lead, S6 Game Clerk, and the 2BN Training Lead. MAJ.Czar.J is always looking to better the community in anyway he can, whether it be in another secondary billet or interacting with members in the community, often making sacrifices in his day to day life to serve the 7th Cavalry the best he can. Without MAJ.Czar.J's leadership within Echo Company the Company would be a shell of it's former self.

Sergeant Juvenis Cobel

For exceptional meritorious leadership within the 7th Cavalry Regiment in 2019, and being selected non-commissioned officer of the year. Sergeant Juvenis Cobel distinguished himself as a NCO by consistently exceeding the standards of his billet. His meritorious service and leadership to his unit are an embodiment of the NCO creed and have strengthened the morale, bond, and effectiveness of those around him. His leadership, integrity, and devotion set the standard for all non-commissioned officers and brings great credit to himself, 1st Battalion, and the 7th Cavalry Regiment.

Sergeant Cody Shaw

For exceptionally meritorious service over the course of the year, Sergeant Kody Shaw distinguished himself in his duties as an excellent example of leadership within the company. His steadfast devotion to duty, outstanding willingness to step outside of what’s expected and perform far beyond, have garnered him a reputation beheld by few. Through his examples as a section leader, to his additional duties under the ROO Umbrella, he has far exceeded expectations and set the bar high for his peers and subordinates. This relentless devotion brings great credit upon himself, Echo Company, and the 7th Cavalry Division as a whole.

Specialist Marvin Spice

For distinguished service within the 7th Cavalry Regiment in 2019, and being selected trooper of the year. Specialist Marvin Spice has distinguished himself as a trooper by exceeding all expectations, consistently attending multiple section practices, operations, and classes. Specialist Spice also goes above and beyond by consistently helping to teach others in his squad and contribute in multiple secondary billets. His devotion to duty, good attitude, and desire to improve himself sets the standard for all junior enlisted personnel and reflects great credit upon himself, 1st Battalion, and the 7th Cavalry Regiment.

Private First Class Ben Conway

Private First Class Ben Conway has proven himself to be an exemplary Trooper. His personal dedication to his Company and his willingness to take on the monumental task of recruiting for Hell Let Loose has not gone unnoticed. He has recruited most of the new faces we have today, and his efforts are a credit to himself and the 7th Cavalry Regiment.

Corporal Nikoli Sky

For an extraordinary act of valor while under direct enemy fire while serving as Fireteam Leader in the 7th Cavalry Regiment during combat operations near Pesadas on 11NOV2019. Corporal Nikoli Sky heroically lead his fireteam through overwhelming fire, clearing the majority of a enemy-held compound before securing and holding the western approach to the compound against multiple enemy counter-attacks that included paratrooper, medium armor and mechanized infantry enemy units. Corporal Sky's personal bravery and devotion to duty were critical to the success of the mission and are in keeping with the highest traditions of the military forces of the Unites States and reflect great credit upon himself and the 7th Cavalry Regiment.

For an extraordinary act of valor while under direct enemy fire while serving as Fireteam Leader in the 7th Cavalry Regiment during combat operations near Pesadas on 11NOV2019. Private First Class Phoenyx Noman heroically lead his fireteam through overwhelming fire, clearing the majority of a enemy-held compound before securing and holding the western approach to the compound against multiple enemy counter-attacks that included paratrooper, medium armor and mechanized infantry enemy units. PFC. Corporal David Walsh

For conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity, I hereby recommend Corporal David Walsh for the Legion of Merit. Over the last year, Corporal David Walsh has shown incredible fortitude within the S2 Department. During this time he has acted as a Senior Investigator completing over 100 Checks. Corporal David Walsh has had to balance his time between acting as the Battalion XO, CO, and a Senior Investigator as well as additional secondary billets. Corporal David Walsh is one of the most deserving, and dedicated investigators the S2 department has ever had as well as a top tier trooper in all of the 7th Cavalry. Corporal David Walsh's skill and devotion to duty are in keeping with the highest traditions of the military forces of the United States and reflect great credit upon himself and the 7th Cavalry Regiment.

Private Brad Pregeant
Private Ben Conway

For an extraordinary act of valor while under direct enemy fire while serving as a Fire Team during combat operations near Sainte Marie Du Monte on 24NOV19. Private Brad Pregeant and Private Ben Conway took initiative and obtained the proper supplies and were able to build and man an Anti-Tank cannon during Operation Supply Depot Sunday with the 505th. During the course of their actions, they both came under heavy enemy artillery fire (Even though it was against the rule set of the Operation), but both remained steadfast and completed their task, which resulted in them destroying an enemy Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger tank, and allowed their team to remain in the Area of Operations for another 20 minutes. Without their heroism, their team would not have been able to complete their objectives, and secure the Victory for the Allied Team. Private Brad Pregeant's and Private Ben Conway's actions bring great credit upon themselves, the 7th Cavalry Regiment, and the United States.

Chief Warrant Officer 2 Dave Raynor

For his tireless effort on the implementation and integration of the USAF Mod for ARMA 3. Over the past Month and a half Chief Raynor has worked with 2/A/1-7 staff as well as A/1-7 Staff to refine and polish the USAF Mod so that it could be successfully considered for implementation in the 7th Cav, thus increasing morale as well as possibilities for enjoyment within the 7th Cav Fixed Wing area. His efforts resulted in the approval and acceptance of the Mod for future inclusion in our Cav Modpack, adds new airframes to fly and work with in operations as well as streamlining existing airframes, removing bugs and problems with the old. Chief Raynor's technical expertise, tenacity, effort and dedication to Alpha Company brings great credit to himself and the Regiment as a whole.

Second Lieutenant Kyle York

For the creation and implementation of the "Crewman of the Month" award within his platoon without orders to do so. Over the past several months, this award has raised morale and fostered camaraderie within 1/B/1-7. Lieutenant York's forward thinking and commitment to his platoon's morale sets the example for all officers and brings great credit to himself and the Regiment as a whole.

Second Lieutenant Rick Maclure

For meritorious service to the S1 Department and the 7th Cavalry Regiment. Second Lieutenant Maclure took up the role of S1 Uniforms NCOIC on short notice and did so wonderfully. The department is developing in a great way with Second Lieutenant Maclure at the helm. Second Lieutenant Maclure has shown dedication both in making sure no ticket goes overdue as well as maintaining the utmost professionalism within S1 Uniforms. Second Lieutenant Maclure has sent up multiple ideas and proposals about how to improve and ease the processing of uniforms within the Cav. When doing so the attention to detail leaves no questions.

Staff Sergeant Dorian Sharkey

For meritorious service to the S1 Department and the 7th Cavalry Regiment. Staff Sergeant Dorian Sharkey holds 2 secondary Lead positions within S1 going well beyond duty in both positions. Taking on a new position in Citations clerk and doing alone without many issues for some time. He was also responsible for 2 AO's in Milpacs and did so with great focus and determination. He is a mountain of experience within S1 taking on everything that is thrown at him and crushing it. He is what all of us in S1 strive to be and brings great honor to the S1 department and the 7th Cavalry as a whole.
